Purchases made on this site are not eligible for reimbursement by the County.
Use the Product Sizing Chart and Measuring Instructions provided on each product page to make sure you order the correct size.
All sales are final, except in the case of a defective product.

- Select a category (e.g. Women’s Clothing) and then click on a product to view the full details.
- Use the product-sizing chart, and follow the measuring instructions provided on each product page, to make sure you order the correct size.

- Select the product colour and size and click on “Add to Cart”.
- Click on the “Box” to acknowledge that you accept and understand all of the instructions laid out under the site Purchasing Information tab.
- Select “Proceed to Checkout”.
- If you have already created an account, enter your email and password into the boxes and click “Sign In”.
- If you are new to the site, click “Create an Account” and fill out your First Name, Last name, Email Address and Password.
- Your email address will be your username to login for future visits.
- Enter the County Hall address as the shipping address. All purchased items will be couriered to County Hall and distributed to employees through Reception.

- If you have a Discount Code, enter the code and click “Apply”. You will not be able to use the coupon code again to access unused dollars.
- Click “Continue to Shipping”.
- Click “Continue to Payment”.
- Enter payment information for amount owing.
- Click “Pay now”.
- You should receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of completing your order.
***Please note for orders with less than $1.00 owing please select etransfer as the payment method to check out. For amounts less than $1.00 owing you will NOT be contacted for payment***
ORDER SHIPMENT: All items will be couriered to County Hall and distributed to employees through Reception.

ORDER PICK UP: County Hall Reception will email you instructions for order pick up when your order arrives.
